Remote Sites |
Our ability to put together a full-set
of sampling gear that weighs less than 500 lbs is certainly an advantage
when planning a trip into a remote site.
Shipping the sampling gear ahead or taking it with our crews as excess
baggage, Rocky Mountain Soil Sampling can get our gear to staging
points with a minimum of hassle with such a kit, transport via small
aircraft, ATV or by hand is all feasible. Even when adding Monitoring
Wells to your remote project site, the total shipping weight does
not increase significantly.
Rocky Mountain Soil Sampling's Pionjar drill
advances split spoons to the target depth, creating small diameter
boreholes. Smaller diameter holes mean fewer supplies such as sand
and bentonite. We routinely fly into these types of sites and complete
full programs.
If your program requires hollow stem augering our Beaver
auger rig will even fit into a float plane if necessary.
